"The apartment is located 20 min from Louvre on foot, 16 min to The Centre Pompidou, 30 min by metro to Eiffel Tower. The apartment was close to the Rue des Petits Carreaux where a lot of places to eat are located,(we liked "Crêperie - Le Comptoir du Commerce"), shops with local cheese and meat (we liked "La Fermette"). It's located in a safe area. And we loved it. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 common zone with 2 sofas and a big table that was enough for 4 people to work and eat. There were enough towels, blankets, and pillows. It was warm enough in the apartments during our stay (Jan 2023). The kitchen has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. The host answered all my questions during my stay and was very helpful."

"I also want to mention one more time that there is a deposit for this apartment needed - 1000 eur - and there is also a transfer fee for the deposit - 15.42 eur. The deposit is requested to be paid through a 3rd-party tool where after payment there is a question if you want to pay about 10 eur/day insurance instead of a deposit. That's why I had a question for the host: why the insurance is not just included in the short-term stay price?"

"Fantastic location! A great value for a large family in a prime location. Close to restaurants, museums, metro, grocery stores, and shopping. The apartment also had a washer+dryer machine, which worked well (washing and drying took about 3 hours). Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed (including microwave, oven, and toaster). The hosts provided a lot of great information and recommendations - the partners they recommended were all excellent. The keybox was easy to use and made checkout a breeze."

"As previous reviewers mentioned, the sofa beds were not the most comfortable but they were fine for my kids. If you have heavy or lots of luggage, be aware that you’ll have to carry them through a courtyard and then up a flight or two of stairs. While this is the case throughout much of Paris, there is no air conditioning but fans were provided."

"L' appartamento è molto ampio e luminoso. Si trova al primo piano. Sia il portone di ingresso al cortile sua quello ci accesso alla palazzina hanno un loro codice di ingresso. Molto pratico e sicuro (niente chiavi). La posizione è ottimale. Si trova a 5/10 minuti dalle varie fermate delle metropolitane. Open space ben strutturato: pochi mobili ma essenziali. Lenzuola e salviette pulite. Il ritiro delle chiavi è stato comodissimo: cassetta di sicurezza accanto alla porta. Il codice di apertura ci è stato inviato il giorno dell' arrivo. Le informazioni via mail sono state puntuali. Due bagni ampi, due camere comode e due divani letto. Ben organizzato."
